Why use imgquick?

Most image tools upload your files to a remote server for processing. imgquick is different — every tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API and WebAssembly. Your images are never transmitted anywhere. There's no server receiving your photos, no storage, no privacy risk.

We built imgquick because the best tools should be fast, private, and free. No account walls. No watermarks. No 10-second wait while a server processes your file. Just results, immediately.

Common questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. All four tools on imgquick run entirely in your browser. Your images are processed locally using JavaScript and the HTML Canvas API. Nothing is ever sent to a server. You can even use imgquick offline once the page has loaded.
Is imgquick really free?
Yes — all Tier 1 tools are completely free with no usage limits. We plan to offer optional Pro features (like AI background removal and upscaling) in future, but the core tools will always be free.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, BMP, and GIF as input formats. Output format depends on the tool — the Compress and Convert tools let you choose your output format from the same list.
Is there a file size limit?
Because processing happens in your browser, the practical limit is your device's available memory — typically anything up to 25–30 MB works fine. Very large RAW files or panoramas above 50 MP may be slow on older devices.
